AIA Europe is pleased to announce the first winner of the Alan Schwartzman Scholarship, Julia Kwolyk of the University of Virginia. From 6 July-1 August, Julia will attend the American Conservatory at the L’Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Fontainebleau.

AIA Europe is pleased to issue the Call for Entries for the 2015 Honors & Awards program.
Award categories include Architectural design, Interior design, Urban design, Un-built, and other small projects.
Giancarlo Alhadeff FAIA, RIBA leads Luciano Lazzari, President ACE; Joe Farrell AIA, LEED AP; Sibylle Lesay-Giraud; and George Kunihiro, FAIA in the jury of five.

Dear Chapter Members,
By now, many of you have learned that the AIA membership has elected me to serve as the AIA president in 2017. I was elected on the first ballot, by what appears to have been a very large margin. This is a wonderful honor, and a strong, convincing endorsement of the issues raised in my campaign.
