Les Halles redux

While learning the history of Les Halles, member Giancarlo Alhadeff FAIA sent a gem — an entry for the 1980 competition which was organized in protest to 1979 project at Les Halles. More information about that effort can be found on the website of the Cité de l'Architecture et Patrimoine (in French), the location of the Laufen sponsored reception during "Paris | The anticipated urban that".
