July 4 in Paris

If you are not in Istanbul, the AIA Continental Europe France Section invites you to celebrate the 4th of July in the Tuileries Gardens from 19h00-21h00.

Gather inside the Tuileries Gardens, at the westernmost fountain near the Place de la Concorde entrance. Family and friends are welcome.

Bring drinks and snacks — we will find some of chairs to gather around “our” stone bench to spread out a buffet.

If you can not find us call Isabel Meinecke at 06 83 57 89 73.

New AIACE Site Feature

A mailing list has been established for members who wish to receive news and announcements as they are posted to the front page of the chapter website. This is an opt-in mailing list and is not a replacement for the chapter-wide mailing list (aiace AT lists DOT europe DOT org). Newsletters will still be sent quarterly and will sometimes (albeit rarely) contain items that do not make the front page. (Note that newsletters are also announced on the front page.) Given that this feature is akin to a “live” broadcast, please be aware that a higher than average number of errors in typing and facts may appear.

To subscribe to the list, visit the “posted” list information page.

Helsinki CES Recap

For AIA members who attended the Helsinki Conference, no changes are anticipated to the CES credits as described on the C-1 form, which yielded 19 LU’s. For attendees who misplaced or did not receive a form, a PDF is available. Please mail the form to the Dominique Tomasov, the Chapter’s Continuing Education Coordinator, within the next week. Members should allow a minimum of three months for the credits to appear on their transcript.
