Greek architect Elias Messinas, Int’l. Assoc. AIA, has been invited to participate in Bienalle 10 in Venice, Italy (2006), in the Greek participation titled “Aegean: a dispersed city”, with his “House in Aegina” (2002-2004), published previously in “Contemporary Greek Architecture” and “Design + Art in Greece”. Messinas is a graduate of Yale School of Architecture, holds a Ph.D. from the National Technical University of Athens and a M.Sc. from the same institution. He is currently practicing architecture, with a focus on bioclimatic architecture and ecological building and is based on the island of Aegina, Greece.
