The UIA World Congress is being held in Istanbul, Turkey, 1-7 July 2005. The AIA will be represented and Ahmet Alp, AIACE Southern Europe Section Director, is working to coordinate an AIA Continental Europe Chapter presence.
In correspondance to Werner Rüegger, AIACE President he writes:
In connection with the UIA 2005 Istanbul, I am trying to organise the 08th July an AIA-IAA dinner with some distinguished colleagues from the International Academy of Architecture where I am presently the regional president.
