After awarding the first three prizes in 2000, 2002 and 2004, the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine (Paris), The Architecture Foundation (London), the Nederlands Architectuurinstituut (Rotterdam) and Architekturzentrum Wien (Vienna) are pleased to announce the Fourth European Prize for Urban Public Space, which will be awarded insummer 2006.
The authors and/or public authorities responsible for interventions aimed at creating and/or improving urban public spaces in Europe between the years 2004 and 2006 interested in competing for the prize should submit their entries to the CCCB before 15 March 2006.
